What we collect
When you submit a consultation request we collect the details you provide: your name, organization, job title, email address, mobile number and the description of your need. We do not collect any data you do not enter yourself.
Why we collect it
The data is used for one purpose only: reviewing your request and contacting you about it. Submitting the form requires your explicit consent, and the time of consent is recorded with the request.
Visit statistics
We keep aggregate page-view statistics to improve the website. They rely on an anonymized daily identifier; we use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell or share your data with any third party. It is accessible only to the foundation's authorized team, and is kept for the period required to follow up on your request or as regulations demand.

You may request to review, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to info@rafdalqiyada.com, quoting your request reference number if available.
